the staff were super lovely and helpful i really enjoyed having breakfast available it was just right and the coffee was amazing. the location is perfect it's so close to lots of great restaurants shops and public transport. the room was comfy and the bed was nice

A Good Stay!

I was greeted with such a kind welcome from the staff, and I appreciated their friendliness! The location proved super convenient with many food options and groceries nearby. Being just a block from the tram line made getting to Centraal Station easy. I used it all the time!!!
The street noise did bother me a bit. The window seemed to let in quite a bit of sound from outside. Next time I'll bring earplugs, I guess.

The staff was friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist with directions and recommendations. I saw that they were also quick to respond to requests and genuinely cared about guest satisfaction. They provided very kind service!!!

the staff were lovely they were especially kind. the location was quiet residential and good for walks. the spa bath was very nice it had good pressure. coffee was readily available whenever i wanted it.
i found that the dining tables were quite small it was hard to fit all my food on them

the hotel was clean and i found the staff helpful ..
the ongoing tram line work created a real headache. i had to walk 10 to 15 minutes to catch the tram. the street noise made it tough to sleep well at night. the seal on the window was broken letting in all sorts of sounds from the traffic outside.
